?? Employment Lawyer – Nottingham

Hybrid working | £60,000 | 3–7 PQEHigh-quality commercial work | Supportive team | Clear progression

I’m working on a fantastic opportunity for an Employment Lawyer (around 3–7 PQE) to join a well-established and growing practice in Nottingham.

The team handles a broad range of employment matters with a strong focus on commercial clients in the manufacturing, retail, and technology sectors, as well as some individual advisory work. You’ll be exposed to a good mix of contentious and non-contentious matters, plus corporate support work – all within a supportive, ambitious environment.

? What you’ll be doing:

  • Advising on disciplinary and grievance issues, dismissals and discrimination matters
  • Handling TUPE advice and employment aspects of M&A deals
  • Supporting clients with day-to-day HR guidance and long-term strategy
  • Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
  • Drafting contracts, policies and key documents
  • Working closely with senior colleagues on complex and high-value matters

This is a firm that gives you space to grow, shape your own caseload and progress at your own pace – with strong mentoring from senior leaders and a collaborative culture.

Why apply?

  • £60,000 salary
  • Clear progression path with mentoring from experienced Partners
  • Genuinely flexible working – hybrid model with a modern approach to work/life balance
