- Handling a varied caseload of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Acting for a diverse client base including commercial clients in manufacturing, retail, and tech sectors, as well as some personal employment work
- Advising on dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, protected conversations, and day-to-day HR support
- Providing corporate support on employment matters during M&A transactions and restructures
- Leading and mentoring a small team (initially two direct reports)
- Playing an active role in business development and strategic planning for the team
- A qualified solicitor with 7+ years PQE in employment law
- Experienced across both contentious and non-contentious work
- Previous exposure to corporate support work is desirable
- Comfortable leading or mentoring a team – or ready to step into that role
- A commercial thinker with a client-focused approach
- Someone who enjoys collaborating with colleagues in a positive, supportive environment
