- Managing complex discrimination and equal pay claims, including class-action litigation.
- Leading on multi-jurisdictional projects relating to pay equity and transparency.
- Delivering strategic board-level advice as well as day-to-day HR support.
- Supervising and supporting junior members of the team.
- Working directly with partners on challenging and rewarding matters across a wide range of sectors including retail, healthcare, technology, financial services, education, local government, and more.
- Experience in equal pay, pay equity, or related employment law matters.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
- A track record of delivering excellent client service, including on high-profile matters.
- The ability to work independently while also collaborating within a national team.
- Experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
- Confidence in providing training and creating innovative client solutions.
