Sacco Mann are recruiting for a Litigation Fee Earner to join a fantastic firm who have been established for over 80 years, they have a great reputation in the local area, with strong connections to the local community. This role can be based at any of the firms Nottinghamshire offices, and you will be working alongside the Head of Litigation.
The Role
Working closely with the Head of Litigation, you will be working on your own caseload of files including personal injury, contentious probate, property litigation and commercial disputes to name a few. As a fee earner, you will have one on one support from a secretary/legal assistant daily.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling a range of contentious probate, property and commercial litigation claims
- Providing advice to client base
- Building and maintain strong relationships with clients and other third parties
About You
- Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with previous litigation experience (the firm will consider applications from non-qualified fee earners who can run their own litigation files independently)
- Confident in running your own caseload of files
- Fantastic client care skills
- Strong technical knowledge of property and commercial disputes
