Private Client Solicitor Nottingham 2 Years + PQE£36,000 - £55,000My client is a long-standing and respected law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and families. Based in the heart of Nottingham, they’ve built a loyal client base thanks to their approachable team, professional standards, and commitment to excellent client care. Due to continued growth within their Private Client department, they are now looking to add another talented solicitor to their thriving team.The Role
  • Handle a busy and varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Deputyship Orders
  • Work closely with clients from the outset to understand their needs and guide them through sensitive and complex legal issues
  • Take ownership of files from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision
  • Liaise with colleagues in other departments to provide holistic legal support
  • Keep up to date with developments in private client law and apply these in your day-to-day work
You
  • A qualified solicitor with 2+years of post-qualification experience in private client law
  • Confident in dealing with a broad range of matters including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection work
  • Able to manage your own workload while also working collaboratively with the wider team
  • An excellent communicator who puts client care at the centre of everything you do
  • Organised, thorough, and detail-focused with a passion for building lasting client relationships
  • Someone who’s happy to get involved in business development and help grow the department—who doesn’t like being a bit of a big deal?
