- Handle a busy and varied caseload of private client matters, including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate, and Deputyship Orders
- Work closely with clients from the outset to understand their needs and guide them through sensitive and complex legal issues
- Take ownership of files from initial instruction through to conclusion with minimal supervision
- Liaise with colleagues in other departments to provide holistic legal support
- Keep up to date with developments in private client law and apply these in your day-to-day work
- A qualified solicitor with 2+years of post-qualification experience in private client law
- Confident in dealing with a broad range of matters including Wills, LPAs, Probate, and Court of Protection work
- Able to manage your own workload while also working collaboratively with the wider team
- An excellent communicator who puts client care at the centre of everything you do
- Organised, thorough, and detail-focused with a passion for building lasting client relationships
