- Advise on wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters
- Manage a portfolio of high-value and complex estates, often involving cross-generational planning
- Work with vulnerable beneficiaries and handle Court of Protection work where required
- Collaborate with a high-performing, Legal 500-ranked team in a supportive and collegiate environment
- Deliver tailored legal solutions with a client-first approach that blends empathy with technical excellence
- Contribute to business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships
- Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client law
- Experience in wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax planning
- STEP membership or working towards it (desirable but not essential)
- A confident communicator with a sensitive and empathetic approach to client care
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
