The firm recently relocated its Nottingham office to a prestigious new location in the city centre, offering a dynamic and collaborative environment where legal professionals thrive.The RoleA new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (2 years PQE+) to join the thriving Private Client team. The successful candidate will work on a diverse caseload, supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, and agricultural clients with complex and sensitive legal matters.
  • Advise on wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax matters
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value and complex estates, often involving cross-generational planning
  • Work with vulnerable beneficiaries and handle Court of Protection work where required
  • Collaborate with a high-performing, Legal 500-ranked team in a supportive and collegiate environment
  • Deliver tailored legal solutions with a client-first approach that blends empathy with technical excellence
  • Contribute to business development initiatives and build long-term client relationships

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in private client law
  • Experience in wills, trusts, estate administration, and tax planning
  • STEP membership or working towards it (desirable but not essential)

  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
