Key Responsibilities:

  • You will beassisting on a wide variety of private law family matters.
  • Drafting legal documents, statements, and correspondence.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, and other professionals.
  • Providing compassionate and professional support to clients
  • Supporting solicitors and fee earners as needed.

Requirements:

  • Family law experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of family law and private family law procedures to include knowledge of court portal and use of legal forms.
  • Excellent client care and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of organisation.
