- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and systems.
- Conduct root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for non-conformances.
- Monitor and report on key quality metrics and KPIs.
- Collaborate with design, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001, customer audits).
- Review and approve manufacturing documentation and process changes.
- Train staff in quality principles and company standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a quality role within an engineering or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, FMEA, 8D, SPC).
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
- Six Sigma Experience
- Experience with APQP, PPAP, and MSA.
