Job Title: Finishing Foreman - New Build Timber Frame Housing

Linsco are currently seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join a leading residential contractor on a new build timber frame housing development. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the final stages of construction, ensuring high-quality finishes and delivering homes to the expected standard, on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and work with all finishing trades on-site (e.g. carpentry, painting, flooring, snagging, etc.)
- Use your own tools to complete snags to ensure the handover of plots
- Ensure all work is completed to specification and in line with quality standards
- Liaise with the Site Manager, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
- Report on progress, issues, and timelines to the project team
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on new build housing developments
- Previous work with timber frame construction highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of finishing trades and quality standards
- Excellent eye for detail and commitment to delivering a quality product
- Good communication and coordination skills
- SMSTS or SSSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications preferred
- Own tools and transport
