We are seeking a skilled Legal Secretary to work in a niche solicitors practice. This role is based in Nottingham and offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have experience in a legal secretarial role.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Perform audio and copy typing tasks to a high standard.
- Manage strong administrative duties efficiently.
- Maintain computer literacy to handle various tasks.
- Exhibit an excellent telephone manner.
- Demonstrate superior organisational skills including diary management.
- Maintain filing systems and prepare travelling bundles.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, and timely delivery of documents to the court as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Legal Secretary.
- Strong administration skills and experience.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Experience in diary management and maintaining filing systems.
