Legal Secretary – Commercial Property (Full-Time)

Location: Nottingham

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join a busy Commercial Property department in Nottingham city centre. This full-time role offers the chance to become a key part of a supportive team within a growing firm.

The Role:

You will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners within the Commercial Property team. Duties will include:

  • Audio and copy typing using digital dictation software
  • Preparing and formatting legal documents and case file notes
  • Managing correspondence and client communications by phone and email
  • General administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the department

About You:

  • Strong audio typing skills (legal experience desirable but not essential)
  • Organised, methodical and able to prioritise workloads effectively
  • Confident working independently as well as within a team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional manner when liaising with clients
  • Proficient in MS Word and confident producing detailed legal documentation
