Production SchedulerLocation: NottinghamSalary: £32,000 - £37,500 (DOE)We’re seeking a Production Scheduler to coordinate production and delivery schedules across UK and European sites. You’ll manage materials, capacity, and equipment availability, ensuring the Master Production Schedule is maintained and delivery targets are met.Key Duties:

  • Create short-term production plans using SyteLine ERP.
  • Manage daily/weekly schedules and auto-generate work orders.
  • Track material flow and coordinate part deliveries.
  • Liaise with Customer Support and Procurement to resolve shortages.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise orders when needed.
  • Flag potential delays to Sales and Customer Service with solutions.
  • Ensure production meets OTIF (on-time, in-full) targets.
  • Analyse performance data to boost efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Investigate issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Sales, and Marketing for planning.
  • Support progress tracking, timeline management, and issue resolution.
  • Finalise ERP job closures for month-end reporting.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in ERP systems (SyteLine ideal).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Confident communicator (French an advantage).
  • Able to multitask and thrive under pressure.
