Gate and Barrier Engineer (Temporary Sub - Contract)
V7 are looking for gate and barrier maintenance engineers for an a exciting long term contract opportunity in the east midlands area, with 6 months initial work and options to be extended for up to 3 years. With this contract you will have the chance to self manage and work on multiple sites across the east midlands area, working with blue chip clients and government contracts. The role is service and repair based role so the engineer will be expected to commute from site to site working on gate and barrier systems. The client is also open to perm offers.
The contract
- Service and Maintenance work on gates and barrier security systems
- Covering sites housing and commercial sites in the east midlands area.
- Good experience in servicing and maintenance of gate and barrier systems, including systems such as FAAC, CAME and BFT.
Benefits.

- Rate starting from 37 per hour
- Overtime available and weekend work
- Ongoing contract, huge amount of work. Government and Blue chip projects.
- Outside IR35, weekly pay every Friday.
Requirements
- Experience in service and maintenance of gate and barrier security systems
- Desired qualifications ADSA (doors) and DHF (gates)
- Gate safe would also be desirable
- Experience of working on commercial sites
- DBS checked
