  • Leading NPI and PI product using APQP and PPAP tools to ensure quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met.
  • Maintaining and analysing Yield/RFT charts to drive product delivery improvements and enhance overall quality performance.
  • Disposition non-conformances in line with delivery, cost, and lead time requirements, ensuring corrective actions are effective.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met and managing customer expectations through yield reviews, RFT analysis, IPT meetings, and DFM sessions to align on product performance.
  • Preparing clear technical reports, documentation, and presentations, and ensuring compliance with all HS&E policies and assigned safety actions.
NPI Engineer Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of NPI gained through experience working in a similar role
  • Experience using engineering software/ERP
  • Confident dealing with both internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Accomplished working within a highly regulated industry/environment (aerospace, automotive etc)
