Stoneseed are looking for a Project Administrator to support the day-to-day administrative functions of their internal Project Management Office based in Nottingham. The Project Administrator is the go-to person for communication, coordination, and keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. From handling email enquiries and maintaining project documentation, the Project Administrator will play a vital role in keeping the operations efficient and engaging.Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Respond to phone and email enquiries from both internal project teams and external clients
  • Update and maintain Word and Excel documents used for project management
  • Support travel and accommodation arrangements for the client facing Project Team
  • Help organise induction processes for new starters
  • Maintain our company database, including data entry, updates, and basic statistical reporting
  • Assist with other general administrative duties as required.

About you:The successful applicant will be a confident and motivated individual, who is a self-starter that is keen to learn new things and be part of a busy PMO Team. Due to the location of our client's office in Nottingham, NG15 0EA, this role will be more suited to somebody who holds a UK Driving license and has access to a car, as the public transport links to this area are very restricted.You must also have the following skills:

  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Analytical and inquisitive, with the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently
  • Willing to travel to client sites if needed, although will be infrequent
