Job role: Production Controller

Location: Bulwell (NG16)

Working hours: Days (40 Hour Week)

Pay: Up to �30K

The Role

A job has become available for a Production Controller at a reputable precision engineering business based in Bulwell.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor Works Order progress in line with ERP requirements

• Track priority orders and ensure timely delivery

• Tracking production schedules and making sure that they are met by communicating changes to the production team

• Communicating with supporting departments to prioritise workloads

• Coordinating work hours with management to ensure that production needs are met efficiently and effectively

• Preparing reports on the status of production, including any delays or problems that may occur

• Reviewing production reports to identify any potential problems or bottlenecks

• Preparation of KPI's and performance trend analysis

The Candidate

• Work experience in a production environment essential

• Good understanding of shop floor process and procedure

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

• Strong MS Office knowledge

• Tenacity and initiative

• Degree or 2 years relevant work experience

• Excellent telephone manner

• Extremely organised and self-motivated.

• Commercially minded.

• Effective time management.
