A National developer is seeking a freelance Assistant Site Manager to provide support for a Housing Development project in Nottingham. The position offers a daily rate of up to £255.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor progress and quality of work
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process

Required Qualifications:

  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • First Aid certification
  • Valid Driving Licence
