Company: A National Housing Developer is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for a large site in Nottingham, offering up to £270 per day.
Job Duties:- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the construction site
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor progress and quality of work on site
- Assist in planning and scheduling of work activities
- SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid training
- Prior experience in house building projects
- Experience working on high volume construction sites
- Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Proficient in project planning and management
- Work on a construction site in Nottingham
- Full-time hours, with occasional weekend work
- Exposure to outdoor weather conditions
- Physical demands may include lifting and bending
