Salary: £65,000 per annum plus package

Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the site of a new build housing development circa 100 units
- Manage subcontractors and direct labour offering technical advice when needed
- Ensure quality control is followed and the site programme is adhered to
- Conduct site reports for the contracts manager
- Lead site meetings when required
- Health and Safety responsibility including toolbox talks

Required Knowledge & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a number 1 housing site manager
- Experience on traditional build and timber frame preferred
- Full UK driving license.
- CSCS card, SMSTS, First Aid
- NVQ Level 6 preferred
