What will the role involve?
* Campaign Support: Collaborate on the planning, delivery, and performance tracking of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media).
* Content Creation: Write, edit, and produce captivating content including newsletters, brochures, blog posts, and social media assets. Work closely with designers to ensure all content is visually on point.
* Market Research: Dive into customer insights, industry trends, and competitor activity to help shape smart, data-driven strategies.
* Social Media Management: Own and grow the company's social presence-schedule content, spark conversations, and engage with the online community.
* Admin Support: Keep campaigns running smoothly by staying on top of marketing documentation, budgets, and invoicing.
* Event Coordination: Bring events to life by organising logistics, coordinating materials, and ensuring everything goes off without a hitch.
Who are we looking for?
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* 1-2 years' experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally in a fast-paced setting.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and familiarity with marketing tools (e.g. CRM systems, email platforms).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Bonus points for knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, or social media ads.
* A creative thinker with a knack for multitasking and prioritising.
* A collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.
* Comfortable working to tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
