Are you a mechanically minded engineer with experience working on motors and gearboxes? Are you looking for a new role with a national company, working with a highly skilled team?
Well, we have a great opportunity for a company that have been going for over 50 years and are now looking to further expand the hands on engineering team.
The Role:
Carry out repairs, maintenance, and servicing of gearboxes, electric motors, and pumps.
Deliver all work within agreed timelines to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support team objectives by completing related tasks as required.
Follow all Health and Safety procedures and company policies.
Accurately complete workshop documentation and submit to the Workshop Supervisor or Manager.
Record daily activities through completion of timesheets.
Be available for call-outs, shift work, or overtime as instructed by the Workshop Supervisor or Manager.
The Candidate:
* Proven experience within gearboxes, electrical motors and pumps.
* Computer skills required to basic level.
* Knowledge of safety protocols and PPE.
* Team player.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Willingness to work outside of normal working hours.
* Good time keeping skills are essential
