We are seeking a highly organised Personal Assistant to Directors to provide comprehensive administrative support in the Financial Services industry. This temporary role in Nottingham requires someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple diaries efficiently.

Description

  • Provide proactive diary management and make sure senior leaders and directors are at their priority meetings, attending weekly meetings with the senior leaders to understand what these are
  • Booking travel, helping with events
  • Handle confidential correspondence and maintain accurate records.
  • Organise travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries.
  • Deal with expenses for directors

Profile

A successful Personal Assistant to Directors should have:

  • Experience in a PA to directors role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
