Housing Administrator

- Hourly Rate: £13.17 PAYE per hour
We are seeking a Housing Administrator to join a large housing association on a temporary basis until the end of December. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in social housing or local authority administration. The successful candidate will support a range of administrative duties.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Handle a variety of administrative tasks, effectively dividing your time between the Grants and Contracts team and the Programme Delivery team.
- Use case management systems to maintain and update records accurately.
- Coordinate and organise activities and schedules to ensure smooth operations across both teams.
- Occasionally handle phone communications, providing polite and effective customer service.
- Utilise Microsoft Office tools for data management and document preparation.
- Conduct research as needed to support team functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven administrative experience, within social housing or a local authority setting.
- Proficient in using case management systems and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills.
- Good communication skills, comfortable with occasional phone duties.
- Research skills are desirable.
- Experience with Canva is a plus but not essential.
