Are you an experienced administrator, looking for a new opportunity? My client is looking for a team member to join them, initially on a 3 month basis, with a view to becoming permanent for the right individual.
You’ll play a pivotal part in ensuring the teams admin needs are met alongside dealing with customers and contractors. You must be able to effectively prioritise the ever changing workload in a busy team to find solutions for customers.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
- Previous admin experience
- Appointment scheduling
- Excellent communication at all levels Â
- Ability to manage a busy inbox
- Property management experience (desirable)
- Ability to prioritise a busy and ever changing workload
- Experience with MS Office, in house systems and contractor portals
Within this position, you’ll also be:
- Taking and making calls from customers and contractors
- Managing a busy inbox
- Scheduling of appointments
- Processing invoices
- Ensuring relevant certificates received and filedÂ
- Managing quotations
- Uploading documentation to relevant portal
Salary & Working Hours
£12.50 – 12.98 per hour
Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with some flexibility available
Hybrid working – 2 days from home
