- Develop and execute innovative social media strategies across all key platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Pinterest) in line with brand objectives and marketing campaigns.
- Create engaging, high-quality, and original content (written, visual, video) that resonates with the target audience and drives interaction.
- Manage the day-to-day running of social media channels, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and on-brand manner.
- Monitor social media trends, identify new opportunities, and stay ahead of the curve with emerging platforms and best practices.
- Track, analyse, and report on key social media metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the wider marketing team to ensure social media activity is integrated with the overall brand strategy and campaigns.
- Uphold and champion the brand voice and visual identity across all social touchpoints.
- Manage and grow online communities, fostering brand advocacy and loyalty.
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Executive, or similar role
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement and brand growth.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Creative flair with experience in creating visually appealing content
- Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools.
- A genuine passion for brand marketing and understanding consumer behaviour.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
