Receptionist - Temporary Cover

2-Week Temporary Role | 11th June - 25th June


Are you an experienced receptionist or administrator looking for a short-term summer cover role in Nottingham?


On offer is a two-week temporary opportunity with a large, well-established company based on Private Road No.1, Colwick Industrial Estate. You'll play a vital front-of-house role, supporting the business during annual leave cover, acting as the friendly face and first point of contact for visitors and callers.


This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week). You'll be responsible for day-to-day reception duties and general administrative tasks, including scanning, photocopying, handling incoming/outgoing post, and supporting meeting room setups.


This position is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, a professional and welcoming manner, and previous experience in a reception or admin role. Additional dates (27th August - 10th September) may also be available for those interested.

The Role:

  • Reception and front-of-house duties, including welcoming visitors and answering calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing post, franking, and deliveries
  • Scanning, photocopying, and general document support
  • Setting up and maintaining meeting rooms
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours/week


The Person:

  • Experienced in receptionist or administrative roles
  • Professional, well-presented, and confident greeting visitors
  • Able to commit to the full duration of the temporary assignment (11th June - 25th June)
  • Comfortable with general office duties such as scanning, copying, and handling post
