Reed Nottingham is seeking a Sales Administrator to join our team their client’s production office team.  This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in a fast-paced sales administration environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing sales orders accurately and efficiently, producing customer quotations, and managing customer service communications.
Day-to-day of the role:•    Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.•    Produce and manage customer quotations.•    Liaise with internal teams within Manufacturing to ensure order fulfilment.•    Monitor and manage the customer inbox, responding promptly to queries regarding orders and delivery times.•    Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:•    Proven experience in a fast-paced sales administration environment.•    Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.•    Excellent communication and organisational skills.•    Ability to work collaboratively across departments.•    A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
