Are you an experienced pharmacist with a passion for innovation and patient care? Were seeking a knowledgeable and forward-thinking Pharmacist with Medical Cannabis experience to join a team and help shape the future of cannabinoid-based therapy in the UK.In this unique and evolving position, you will play a key role in the dispensing, counselling, and clinical oversight of medical cannabis prescriptions. Youll work directly with patients and prescribers to ensure safe, effective, and compliant use of cannabis-based medicinal products (CBMPs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispense and clinically check prescriptions for CBMPs in line with MHRA and GMC guidelines
  • Provide expert patient counselling on dosing, administration, and expected outcomes
  • Support prescribers and healthcare professionals with up-to-date clinical guidance
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory and legal standards
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to clinical audits and research initiatives
Requirements:
  • GPhC registered Pharmacist (essential)
  • Proven experience working with medical cannabis prescriptions in the UK (essential)
  • Strong understanding of CBMPs, cannabinoid pharmacology, and UK regulatory framework
