We are seeking an experienced Senior Traffic Engineer to lead and deliver high-impact transport infrastructure projects from concept to completion. Your Role

As a Senior Traffic Engineer, you'll take ownership of projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and bring expert-level technical knowledge to everything from traffic analysis to drainage design.



Key Responsibilities



Project Management & Leadership

  • Lead traffic and transport projects from initial planning through to delivery and evaluation.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Provide mentorship and support to junior engineers and contribute to recruitment and staff development.


Traffic Analysis & Design

  • Conduct traffic flow studies to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Design comprehensive traffic management solutions including signal timing, lane configurations, and parking strategies.
  • Use specialist traffic engineering tools and software to create practical and innovative solutions.
  • Oversee drainage system designs ensuring compliance and effective water management.


Implementation & Oversight

  • Monitor project implementation to ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Solve technical and logistical challenges during project execution.


Communication & Collaboration

  • Liaise effectively with local authorities, clients, community groups, and other key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and project updates.
  • Support bid and proposal development for new business opportunities.
