Domestic Plumber Job OverviewDomestic Plumber required for a growing M&E contractor based near Nottingham, covering the East Midlands. The business delivers full mechanical and electrical design and build projects within the commercial and industrial sectors, alongside a housing division focused on domestic new build developments.
They are looking for an experienced plumber with a background in domestic installations. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of 1st and 2nd fix plumbing, hold relevant NVQ Level 2 or 3 qualifications, and be confident working both independently and as part of a team.
This is a permanent role offering long-term progression into a Contracts Manager position for the right candidate. The role will involve travelling to sites across the East Midlands region and working a standard 40-hour week.
Domestic Plumber Job Requirements* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent)* Proven experience on domestic sites* Competent in 1st fix, 2nd fix, and final installations* Ability to read site drawings and follow installation schedules* Strong communication and organisation skills* Willingness to progress into a senior/management role* Full UK Driving Licence
