The Role
 
As the Plumber, you’ll:

• Perform planned and reactive maintenance across the estate buildings.
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver efficient and cost-effective solutions.
• Complete necessary documentation pre and post tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Utilise your knowledge of heating and ventilation systems for repairs and maintenance.
• Drive between sites to carry out essential maintenance work.

You
 
To be successful in the role of Plumber, you’ll bring:

• A qualification of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing or heating engineering.
• Extensive experience in a mechanical services or plumbing maintenance environment.
• A thorough understanding of heating and ventilation systems.
• A full, current driving licence to navigate between sites.
• A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
