We are looking for:
- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant within either KS1 or KS2 setting
- Strong knowledge and experience withphonics programmes(e.g., Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics, or similar)
- Ability to support the class teacher in delivering differentiated lessons
- Excellent communication skills with pupils, staff, and parents
- A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting young learners
- RelevantLevel 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification(or equivalent) preferred
- Anup-to-date Enhanced DBSon the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
