We seek a Migration Performance and Assurance Lead who will provide support to the Programme Lead in ensuring a controlled and smooth migration and delivery of all migration objectives, owning and managing various aspects through to completion. This is an exciting time to be part of an industry wide programme working within an award-winning team.
The role will be hands on and will require a keen eye for detail with the successful candidate having demonstrable experience and the ability work in a fast paced and complex environment.
Initially it will be a 3-6 month contract but there is potential for it to be extended. The role is largely remote but there will be a requirement to spend some time in Nottingham and other Midlands sites as required.
Role activities
In this role you will be required to oversee the following migration activities:
- Migration Execution Monitoring
- Exception Management Handling
- Reporting
Detail
- Actively monitor and manage end-to-end migration activity, working across all lenses to maintain a clear picture on current position at any given time.
- Confirm whether there have been issues / problems with specific accounts / upon execution.
- Control and monitor the end to end execution process on a daily basis at a practical level.
- Proactive monitoring of migrations and associated reporting, including for migrations initiated on previous days.
- Reconciling selected sites to ensure they are processed throughout the E2E process.
- Attend Daily migration exception calls - make Operational/migration/risk based related decisions.
- Carry out initial triage of exceptions, own and follow through until resolution.
- Assigning exception to relevant team.
- Review and manage to resolution customers who are stuck in a migration status longer than expected.
- Analyse reports to manage migration and identify opportunities/issues.
- Investigate and resolve any reporting queries received.
- Provide feedback on exceptions into migration planning and decision making.
