A respected Nottingham-based property consultancy is on the lookout for a driven Project Manager to support their growing workload. Specialising in both public and private sector construction project management, this role offers a varied portfolio and the opportunity for long-term growth.

The Project Manager will be involved in the full spectrum of project management services, from early feasibility through to delivery on site. If you're looking to elevate your project management career in a consultancy that offers autonomy and support, this could be the role for you.



The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will manage a variety of projects across education, healthcare and residential sectors. You will coordinate design teams, manage budgets, monitor contractor progress and ensure projects align with client objectives.

You will also contribute to internal training initiatives and support junior members of staff.



The Project Manager

  • Degree-qualified in a built environment discipline

  • 3+ years' experience in construction project delivery

  • Understanding of NEC and JCT contracts

  • Client-facing with excellent communication skills

  • Working towards or recently chartered with RICS, APM or CIOB
