About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Scheduler to support the development and execution of energy asset projects. This is a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to create, maintain, and monitor detailed schedules across all phases of the project lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed, logic-linked, cost and resource-loaded schedules.
  • Prepare and track schedules for all project phases: engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
  • Monitor progress, report on schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Perform critical path analysis, earned value analysis, and schedule risk assessments.
  • Use scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and associated risk analysis software.
  • Collaborate with project teams, suppliers, and contractors to gather and validate schedule data.
  • Analyse contractor schedules and assist site teams with weekly look-aheads.
  • Advise on delay claims and schedule impacts.


Skills & Experience

  • Degree in engineering or science (or equivalent experience).
  • Extensive experience in project scheduling for energy asset projects.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and risk management tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluent in English.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of energy technologies (fossil, renewable, novel).
  • Project management qualification.
  • International project experience.
