As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting their sites to achieve financial sustainability and strategic growth.
The Role:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will provide expert financial leadership to a group of sites within the company. You will work closely with the Managers and senior leaders to support strategic financial planning, monthly budget monitoring, and the development of medium-term financial plans. Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
- Producing monthly budget monitoring reports and advising on financial performance.
- Supporting sites in developing curriculum-led medium-term financial plans.
- Ensuring compliance with the financial procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Providing financial modelling and scenario planning to support decision-making.
The ideal candidate with have the following:
路 Has experience in preparing Monthly Management Accounts.
路 Can build strong relationships with leaders and provide strategic financial advice.
路 Has excellent analytical, planning, and communication skills.
路 Is committed to the values and vision of the company.
路 Holds a relevant finance qualification (e.g., AAT, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent experience.
路 Has a full driving licence, access to a vehicle, and is willing to travel across the sites.
