We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Partner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and strategic guidance to drive business performance. This position requires strong organisational skills, financial management expertise, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively. The Finance Partner will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure financial objectives are met and will be instrumental in enhancing our financial accounting practices.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while overseeing financial accounting processes.
  • Lead initiatives to improve financial services and operational efficiency across the organisation.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Prepare detailed reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all financial communications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a finance-related role with a strong background in financial management and accounting.
  • Fully qualified is essential either CIMA or ACCA
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding teams towards achieving common goals.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software, along with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams
