The Role

We are seeking a Procurement Manager with strong legal sector experience to lead the integration and centralisation of procurement across all firms within Lawfront. This is a key role focused on identifying synergy savings, consolidating supplier contracts, and supporting post-merger alignment across a multi-site legal group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead group-wide procurement strategy across legal and operational categories
  • Consolidate contracts and suppliers to unlock efficiency and cost savings
  • Support M&A activity by reviewing procurement arrangements, risks and integration opportunities
  • Negotiate group-level contracts across FM, IT, professional services and office support
  • Implement consistent procurement policies, governance and supplier performance measures
  • Transition procurement from external consultancy to a mature in-house function

Requirements

  • Procurement experience within the legal sector is essential
  • Proven track record of managing procurement in multi-entity environments, ideally involving mergers or integrations
  • Strong commercial and contractual acumen, including legal services procurement
  • Ability to drive efficiency and value through contract centralisation and supplier consolidation
  • Confident working with senior stakeholders across operations, finance and compliance
  • CIPS qualification (or equivalent experience) preferred
