I have a client within Nottinghamshire currently looking to fill 2 Quantity Surveyor positions with a focus on valuations and onsite measurement work, the other role is more contract management focused, dealing with tender specifications and pre-construction works.
The best candidates will have a history of working in Local Authorities in a QS capacity.
Responsibilities
- Carry out valuations and Measurement Surveys
- Contract management work, tender work and specifications
- Pre-Construction specifications
Package
- 6-month contract
- Negotiable rate DOE
- 5 days Onsite
- Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
