I have a client within Nottinghamshire currently looking to fill 2 Quantity Surveyor positions with a focus on valuations and onsite measurement work, the other role is more contract management focused, dealing with tender specifications and pre-construction works.

The best candidates will have a history of working in Local Authorities in a QS capacity.

Responsibilities

Carry out valuations and Measurement Surveys
Contract management work, tender work and specifications
Pre-Construction specifications

Package

6-month contract
Negotiable rate DOE
5 days Onsite
Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
