Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a background in mechanical & electrical (M&E), fire protection, or security systems projects? This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established contractor delivering high-value projects across infrastructure, transport, and critical environments throughout the UK and Ireland.With a proven track record spanning over 40 years, this growing specialist contractor is expanding and looking for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to support projects from inception to final account.

?? Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial and contractual aspects of assigned projects
  • Liaise with operational teams and clients to ensure cost control
  • Prepare and manage interim valuations and final accounts
  • Assess and negotiate subcontractor applications
  • Monitor cost forecasts, CVRs, and project cashflows
  • Oversee contract variations and risk management
  • Support final account settlements and contract close-out
? What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years' experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, building services, fire & security, or M&E
  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or relevant field (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC3/NEC4 contracts
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations and industry best practices
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
