Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner – Nottingham
We are working with a highly regarded law firm in Nottingham who is seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its busy team.
The Role:
You will handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, including:
- Sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold)
- Re-mortgages and new builds
- Registered and unregistered titles
- Shared ownership, right to buy, assents, severances of joint tenancies and other property transactions
Alongside running your own files, you will play an active role in the development of the department, supporting colleagues where needed and helping to build strong relationships with clients, referrers and third-party suppliers.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years’ residential conveyancing experience in a busy team environment
- Confident in handling a full range of conveyancing matters independently
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong IT skills and experience using a CMS system
- Commercially aware with the ability to network and build relationships
- Team player with the ability to work to deadlines under pressure
