A leading, forward-thinking property firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Student Lettings and Property Management Consultant to join their Nottingham-based team. The company specialises in both traditional HMO housing and PBSA developments, and is dedicated to enhancing the student living experience for landlords and tenants alike. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage your own portfolio of student properties from lettings through to full property management.

  • Work closely with experienced negotiators and administrators to achieve successful lettings.

  • Ensure compliance with all legal and health & safety requirements.

  • Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and guarantors.

  • Oversee maintenance and repairs for managed properties.

  • Handle inventories, property visits, check-outs, and deposit disputes.

  • Regularly review and report on property performance.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Prior experience in student lettings and property management is essential.

  • Strong understanding of property compliance and safety regulations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.

  • Competent in administration and comfortable using IT systems.

  • Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
