Catch 22 are supporting a leading FM organisation who require an experienced Associate Director - Property to lead the management of a portfolio of healthcare centres across East Midlands. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of community health services, ensuring that buildings are compliant, and continue to support the vital services they deliver.

Working in partnership with key stakeholders, you'll oversee multiple regional healthcare contracts, providing strategic and operational leadership while maintaining strong, professional relationships across the sector.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of Service Agreements across four regional healthcare partnerships.
  • Oversee operational, financial, and business development activities within each estate.
  • Build and maintain relationships with boards, FM providers, tenants, funders, and other partners.
  • Support senior leadership with the development and delivery of strategic projects.
  • Drive collaboration and consistency across regions, ensuring high-quality performance and service delivery.
  • Act as the key contact for partner organisations, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

Ideal Candidate

  • Experience managing complex property or healthcare estates.
  • Strong understanding of property performance, stakeholder management, and contractual delivery.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience.
  • Degree-level education or Professional qualifications (e.g. RICS, CIOB, RIBA, RTPI). (Desirable)
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the region.

Role Package

  • £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (Experience dependent) + company bonus
  • Permanent contract, 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm, with some flexibility
  • Hybrid working - Leeds-based with some remote flexibility
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays
