Description of the role:

- Implement recruitment technology and data analytics to drive efficiencies.
- Create a positive, inclusive candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, including diversity and hiring speed.
- Collaborate with department heads and act as the liaison between HR and senior leadership.
