We are actively seeking aConstruction Recruitment Consultant,Senior Recruitment Consultant, orManaging Recruitment Consultantto join the expanding team. As aSenior Construction Recruitment Consultant, you will:
- Manage an existingdeskor build a profitable recruitment desk within construction or a related sector.
- Options to purely fee earn or coach and support junior consultants, leading by example.
- Take part in strategic hiring decisions.
Ideal Experience:
Experienced recruitment professionals with:
- Proven experience in a recruitment agency environment (open to sector).
- Ideally a passion or understanding of areas like Residential Construction, Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Fit-Out & Interiors, or Specialist Trades.( nice to have but not essential)
- A desire to grow into leadership and impact the direction of a fast-growing business.
