About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Floor Layer specializing in vinyl flooring to join our team. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of installation techniques. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects, ensuring high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for vinyl flooring installation, ensuring a smooth and durable finish.
- Measure, cut, and install vinyl flooring to a high standard.
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship.
- Collaborate with site managers and other trades to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in laying vinyl flooring.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Knowledge of floor preparation and installation techniques.
- Own tools and reliable transport preferred.
