We’re on the lookout for an ambitious and energetic Shopfloor Manager to step into a pivotal role where you’ll drive success, inspire your team, and elevate the customer experience to new heights.What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading the store’s day-to-day operations with passion and precision – from opening to closing, and everything in between
  • Motivating and guiding your shopfloor team to consistently deliver exceptional results
  • Managing recruitment, performance, appraisals, and creating a culture that thrives on growth and collaboration
  • Taking charge of stock availability, visual merchandising, and store presentation to ensure every detail is perfect
  • Driving exciting promotional activities, monthly offers, and planogram execution to maximise sales opportunities
  • Operating mechanical equipment (forklifts, saw mills, paint mixing, etc.) with confidence and efficiency
  • Taking the lead on sales initiatives, encouraging your team to push boundaries and smash targets
  • Setting the standard by leading from the front and ensuring all company procedures are adhered to at every level
