In this role you will monitor and maintain company records, prepare management accounts, support with monthly payroll processing, alongside general office and administrative duties as required.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an administrative role, however this is not a requirement. More importantly you will be able to working well under pressure, have effective communication across teams, and be proficient in IT as you will be using it on a daily basis.

The Role

  • Monitor and maintain records, assisting in management accounts
  • Perform bank and sale reconciliations, monitor and raise invoices
  • Perform general administrative duties and support with payroll

The Person

  • Experience in administration is desirable
  • Willing to apply yourself and calm under pressure
  • Attention to detail and IT skills are essential
