- Strong communication skills and IT literacy, particularly in Excel, are essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
Processing purchase invoices
Matching purchase orders
Processing mileageand expenses
Coding up invoices and gaining authorisations
Dealing with query management
Supplier statement reconciliations
General administrative duties
Ideal candidate:
Previous experience within a finance function ideally purchase ledger
Able to prioritise own workload
Team player within a small close knit team
Strong communication skills at all levels
IT literate with a good working knowledge of Excel
